Out of order Out of sorts….

I have to thank my brother David for my first blog entry.  He set up the web page-the blog and then guided me through the process.  He has been privy to some of my e rants and raves-being the computermrknowitall kind of guy-me thinks he nudged me into blogging-just so I would have another format to vent-thus keeping emails to him shorter.  Fat chance. He set up my website in a matter of minutes-sitting on our mothers sofa-actually my six year old asked for her web site first.  That request got declined.  She is 6 for gosh sakes.  When I actually got to see the site I was at first overjoyed-to be a member of the artist techno world.  And now when people ask me if I have a web site I can say, “As a matter of fact I do”…..

Then slowly, a small, teeny tiny voice in the very dark corner of my innards whimpered.  All my labels were right there in 18 point font staring right back at me.  I was all those things-have been for a long time- with the exception of mother-though I have been a mother in some form or foul(mouth) for sometime.  But gee, as complex and complicated as I can be -seeing those titles seemed to make it all so simple….. OH and why….Why did dear brother Dave put Mother first?   And not actor..( i know it is all so pc these days…do we say actor anymore or do we say “overnight media sensation gazillionaire soon to fade from the lime light”-in the likes of Heidi and Spencer or the combo platter of their two names I can’t recall ) I have always been the former-never the latter in any form or fashion..My staying power has stayed put for better or for worse.  I suppose- with the sensitivity dear brother Dave doth ooze from all his being- he knows Mother is where I will always be-for better for worse…..and he chose it first-just as I would have-because nothing comes close to what my daughter brings to my life-and he knows I have been Mother to many-and Teacher to many more…..the other two are entries on my resume.
